Prices shown in the portal are the prices applicable at the time the request is submitted. Where a wallet or account balance is used, the relevant amount may be deducted when a request is created.
5. Processing and results
Processing times and technical results may vary depending on the file, ECU, selected service and technical availability. A submitted request does not guarantee that every requested modification can be completed successfully.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for verifying that any modified file is suitable for the intended vehicle and use, and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, emissions rules, road-use requirements and manufacturer obligations.
7. Availability
The portal may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or third-party service interruptions.
